Repeat Prescriptions
If the doctor has informed you that a treatment is on repeat prescription you may obtain this by returning your computer-generated slip indicating which medicine you require.
You may request your repeat prescription:

Please allow two working days (48 hours, do not include Saturday or Sunday as they are non-working days) for your request to be processed. You may ask for your prescription to be collected by a local pharmacy. You can also have your prescription posted back to you by supplying a stamped addressed envelope or by simply calling in to collect it.
Please note that, for reasons of safety, we do not accept telephone requests.
