Dr Colin Farrant qualified at St Mary’s in London but has been a GP in Cambridge for most of his working life. He has a particular interest in minor surgery and heart disease. He feels proud to be working with a great team of supportive, caring people, and tries to do his best to help everyone. Dr Farrant works full time at the Surgery as well as for Urgent Care Cambridgeshire (Camdoc), the out of hours service.

Dr Sebastian Alexander has special interests in diabetes, minor surgery and occupational medicine. He works three-quarter time at Petersfield. Dr Alexander’s other professional commitments include work with the General Medical Council (GMC), also with Urgent Care Cambridge, the out of hours service, and with Connecting for Health (CCFH).

Dr Jane Wilson trained first in zoology and then medicine with further training in child health and gynaecology. She is interested in travel health, bugs and skin problems but enjoys all aspects of general practice. She fits intrauterine contraceptive devices and also contraceptive implants. Dr Wilson has various teaching commitments involving medical students at Petersfield at the Institute of Public Health and outside Cambridge. She works half time at the Surgery, usually on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Dr Moya Kelly is interested in all aspects of general practice and she has experience in paediatrics, psychiatry and gynaecology. She teaches Cambridge University medical students at the practice and also works as a medical expert for The Appeals Service.
