Administration & Reception

We have a dedicated team of reception staff who are here to help you. They make
appointments, take messages, help with general enquiries and aim to offer a first class
service to you. The practice secretary will make sure the doctors’ referrals are sent
promptly to the hospital or other referred services and our practice manager is here to
ensure that the team all work in a cohesive manner to meet the needs of the practice
population.
